Privacy notice

Gold Chat (goldchat.axiro.nl) is a public chat about gold (XAUUSD) operated by Axiro. Anyone can read the chat. To post you must register.

What we process

• E-mail address — used to send you a one-time sign-in link and to keep your account.
• Chat name — shown publicly next to your messages.
• TradingView handle — optional, shown publicly, not verified by us.
• IP address — recorded when you request a sign-in link, when you register and with every message, for abuse prevention and rate limiting.
• Messages — shown publicly to every visitor.

Retention

Messages, message IP addresses, registration logs and sign-in request logs are deleted automatically after 24 hours. After that only your account profile (e-mail address, chat name, optional TradingView handle) is kept so you can sign in again. Sign-in sessions expire after 30 days.

Legal basis and rights

We process this data to provide the service you asked for and in our legitimate interest of keeping the chat free from abuse. You can request deletion of your account by e-mailing info@axiro.nl.

Third parties

The price chart is the official TradingView widget, loaded from TradingView's servers; TradingView's own privacy policy applies to it. We do not embed any other third-party content.
